The building will be a steel structure with concrete slab-on-grade, elevated slabs, CMU interior walls, CMU with brick veneer exterior walls, lay-in acoustical ceilings, ceramic and quarry tile, aluminum storefront, curtain wall insulated exterior glass, elevator and food service equipment.
